AWESOME....I recently purchased a 1971 VW Super Beetle to restore. It needed alot of mechanical repairs and was not safe to drive. Accu Auto Care spent alot of time with me prioritizing what work needed to be done, according to safety and budget. I really appreciate all of their time and effort. I just picked the bug up from the shop, and am stunned at how great it drives. Eugene and his team did a great job on replacing brakes,steering, new tires, allignment, master cylinder, etc. I have been taking my cars here for years, and they never let me down, FANTASTIC JOB from Melisa on the phone, the mechanics, and the owner, Eugene........Thanks again, I will be back soon for Phase II of restoration repairs.

the repair work was great! However the lack of communication was a little frustrating. I dropped my car off around 8:15am on Thurs-which was my appt time and my car wasn't even looked at til about 4-4:30. I called in several times to check on it and was told ti would be looked at by the end of the day. The person answering the phone was very apologetic and polite. However, it would have been nice to know early on that the car would not be completed the same day. Luckily i was off work Thurs and Fri and did not need my car, but if i would have needed it back Thurs that would not have happened. It would have been nice to know upfront that there was other work to be done in front of mine and that it may not be completed until the next day so that i was prepared to only have 1 vehicle. I wasn't even asked how soon i needed the car back.

all in all the work you guys do is great and my car is running so much better!! My suggestion is improving the communication and expectation timeline for how long you will have the car.

I'm confident the work requested was done very well, however they kept my vehicle a day longer than originally discussed to do the work and wanted to keep it even longer. The most annoying thing is I have a very very strong odor inside and outside my vehicle (smells like diesel fuel to me) which indicates inadequate cleanup after the service was done.

If anyone is looking for a good honest repair shop look no further. If you want it fixed right, the first time look no further. This is the only shop I take my car to get worked on. I usually do all my own work, but if I don't have time or maybe it's to much for me to handle, this is the only shop I trust to do the work. They will get all my business, so give them a call, next time you need someone to repair your car.

2 I had an exaust leak 23 years ago accu fixed it a pice had to be done elsewhere they took it and fixed then it got a leak again but the part that they did not fix and they still honored the warrenty and paid for the repair that the other shop did due to a faulty part no shop is to blame but they went above all expextions to take care of us. As usual, everyone is so very pleasant, and I enjoyed talking to the sweet gal who was working at the counter (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name!)

The oil change was done for a fair price and the tires rotated for free, but we were surprised at the cost of $66 for tire balancing! But maybe this is the going price and we're still living in the 60's!

Other work that was done for us in the past was great, and we'll continue having all car maintenance/repairs done here. No where else are there people with such high ethics and professionalism!

I do all my own work, but if I get stumped I only trust Accu Auto Care. If you want your car repaired right the first time and receive fast service then this is your repair shop. Please give them a try on your next service stop. You will be completly satisfied.

I needed a minor repair yesterday and when I arrived, I was met with a warm, friendly greeting. Then the situation was appraised and in just a few minutes, my car was running well again. The staff's attitude and their workmanship were both excellent.

The service was outstanding, I have found a autoservice comany who care to get it right the first time. The level of detail and professionalism upon drop off and pick up of my vehile was incredible. Before doing anything to my vehicle they notified me and discussed the work required after diagnosis. They discussed my vehicle diagnostic sheet with me in terms I could understand.
They tested all fluids in my vehicle and explained to me what each result meant. These
guys are approachable and friendly. I have found me an auto doctor, I would and have recommended this company to family and friends. You will not regret taking your vehicle to Accu Auto Care.

We where worried bout my brakes and they was willing to take a look at em for me. Told me what was wrong and what could do. Everyone is so friendly. I'd definitely go back to them(plus it helps that they are right down the street from my home) keep up the great work

I was very pleased with the quick remedial action that was taken until the vehicle can be brought back for final repair.

As usual, timely, courteous & efficient. Called at 3:45pm for an appointment & was told to come in. Arrived at 4:05pm & was on the road at 4:20pm

I have used a lot of repair shops in my life and, in my view, Accu Auto Care is the best of the best. I feel like they appreciate my business, they happily answer my (frequently stupid) questions, they do good work and, importantly, they have never lied to me to sell me work. I can't say that about the new car dealer from whom I bought my car.

I awoke to a DEAD Factory battery in my 2006 Nissan Altima. I placed a call to Accu Auto Care, and one of their technicians made a housecall (with a new "Interstate" battery) in a very timely manner. The crew at Accu Auto has always been professional, friendly and knowledgeable! We had an appt to have the battery replaced and fluids changed on Friday, but it was Thursday that the battery decided to die!!! Accu Auto contacted a friendly and speedy towing company for us, and then incorporated the towing cost into our total bill, making the process very easy for us. Once in the shop, our van was fixed up, double-checked and then put back on the road. We have no more worries! Prices are fair, and the staff sincere. A great place to take your vehicle for service!
